Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
Return Period
Our return policy lasts 90 days. If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:

Requirements for Returns
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Items returned more than 90 days after delivery
Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company. Processing may take time.

Then contact your bank. Refund posting often takes a few days.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Discounted or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit of the item’s value.
Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the person who paid for the order.
Shipping Information
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
